The BuzzTruxx Process

Six steps from
advert to invoice.

Transparent, automated, and entirely data-driven. Here is exactly how a BuzzTruxx campaign works — from the day the vehicle wraps to the day you receive your charge report.

The Journey

How every stamp is earned.

The BuzzTrack app runs quietly in the background. The driver does not need to touch it. Everything is automatic.

01

Campaign Setup

You agree a rate per 1,000 footfall with your client and set up the campaign in BuzzTrack. Select the customer, choose which zones to cover, set the start and end dates, and confirm the agreed rate.

Takes 2 minutes
02

Zone Configuration

Draw zone boundaries on a live Google Map. Tap to place points, close the polygon, and save. Set the peak footfall per minute for that zone and dial in the hourly busyness for each day of the week using sliders.

Done once per zone
03

Driver Taps Start

The driver opens BuzzTrack, sees the active campaign on the dashboard, and taps START. A green indicator confirms tracking is live. The app runs in the background — the driver can lock the screen and carry on driving.

04

GPS Stamps Every 80 Metres

Every 80 metres, the app records a stamp — the GPS location, the time, the vehicle speed, and whether the vehicle is moving or static. When static, a stamp is recorded every 60 seconds instead.

Fully automatic
05

Zone Matching & Footfall Rating

Each stamp is checked against all active zones using a point-in-polygon algorithm. If the vehicle is inside multiple overlapping zones, the zone with the highest footfall at that moment wins. The footfall rate is looked up from the zone's hourly profile.

Instant calculation
06

Charge Calculation & Reporting

Charge = (footfall ÷ 1,000) × agreed rate. Static vehicle stamps apply a reduced rate configured per zone. All stamps are saved to Firestore instantly. Generate a branded PDF charge report or pre-contract document at any time.

Zone Types

Not all locations are equal.

BuzzTruxx supports four zone types, each with its own footfall characteristics. Zones can overlap — and frequently do.

🏙️

Town Centre

High footfall during shopping hours. Peak busyness Friday and Saturday afternoons. Ideal for brand awareness campaigns targeting a broad local audience.

🛒

Out of Town Retail

Retail parks and shopping centres. Strong Saturday and Sunday footfall. Captures family audiences and destination shoppers.

🅿️

Supermarket Car Park

Consistent weekday footfall with peaks mid-morning and after work. Highly targeted — reaches the same community repeatedly as they go about daily life.

🏭

Industrial

Lower footfall but highly focused. Reaches a B2B audience during working hours. Effective for trade brands, suppliers, and local service businesses.

Smart Zone Logic

Overlapping zones work intelligently.

A large zone might cover an entire town. A smaller zone covers the high street within it. A hot spot covers a specific corner. BuzzTruxx handles this automatically.

🌐

Large Outer Zone

Covers the whole local area at a low base footfall rate. The vehicle is always earning even when outside the core zones.

📍

Town Centre Zone

Overlaps the outer zone. Higher footfall. When the vehicle enters this zone, it automatically switches to the higher rate.

Hot Spot Zone

A tight polygon around a market square or busy junction. Highest footfall. When the vehicle is here, it earns at the top rate.

🤖

Automatic Selection

BuzzTrack always picks the zone with the highest footfall at that exact moment. No manual switching. No missed earnings. No disputes.
